Pre-launch status
These terms are not yet operative. Final terms must identify the operating entity, jurisdictions, vendors, and actual product behavior before public accounts or media are enabled.
Adult-only service
Accounts and access are limited to adults who satisfy applicable age and jurisdiction requirements.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must upload only lawful work they own or are authorized to distribute, with complete age, identity, consent, and rights records for every person depicted.
Creator earnings
Only creators separately verified for the earnings program can earn. Under the current program, one signed-in viewer may generate one $0.00001 USD credit per clip after 30 active seconds. Self-views, duplicate qualified views, ineligible content, and manipulated or fraudulent activity do not earn. Available balances of at least $5 are drafted into a pending payout each Monday for manual eligibility, tax, sanctions, destination, and network review; a pending record is not a completed payment.
Enforcement and appeals
The final terms will describe warnings, restrictions, removal, termination, preservation, complaints, and appeals.
